Creating content that converts
Content that pleases and content that converts are not always the same thing.

A lot of content is created to please — likes, views, shares — without ever asking what the audience should do next. Content that converts always starts from a clear intention: what do I want the person to think, feel or do after seeing it?
Knowing your audience precisely changes everything: the same topic, written for a beginner or for an expert, does not produce the same result. The best-performing content is almost always the one that speaks to one specific person, not to "everyone".
A clear call to action — even a simple one — makes a disproportionate difference. Many otherwise excellent pieces of content fail to convert simply because they never point to the next step.
Finally, what sets growing brands apart is iteration: looking at what actually works (not what pleases internally) and adjusting continuously, rather than starting from a brand-new idea at every single post.
